About This Event
All societies are locked in a dialectic relationship with water over time. Our bodies are composed of it. We drink it to survive. It nurtures our food supplies. It falls from our faces. It falls from the sky, comes from the sea, flows over land: floods, droughts, storms are expressions of Earths climate. The theme of water for this fall Faculty Concert serves as a point of entry to the myriad ways in which we engage with and are in relationship to water. The theme of water is in support of the Global Water Dances Columbus.
